Dispatching Work Orders

Manual Dispatch

How to manually dispatch a Work Order:

  1. Navigate to a Work Order in the Not Dispatched, Dispatched, In Progress, Deferred, or Dispatch Scheduled status.
  2. Click the Manual Dispatch Button and fill out the Dispatch Setup form. Required fields are marked with an .

OR

  1. Navigate to a Work Order in the Not Dispatched, Dispatched, In Progress, Deferred, or Dispatch Scheduled status.
  2. Click the Actions button and choose Manual Dispatch.
  3. Fill out the Dispatch Setup form. Required fields are marked with an .

Quick Dispatch

Note: You must have a queue setup for that location and trade to be able to perform a Quick Dispatch.

How to quickly dispatch a Work Order:

  1. Navigate to a Work Order in the Not Dispatched, Dispatched, In Progress, Deferred, or Dispatch Scheduled status.
  2. Click the Quick Dispatch button. It will be dispatched to the service providers in the queue.

OR

  1. Navigate to a Work Order in the Not Dispatched, Dispatched, In Progress, Deferred, or Dispatch Scheduled status.
  2. Click the Actions button and choose Quick Dispatch. It will dispatch to the service providers in the queue.

Automatic Dispatch

If you have set up an automatic dispatch for the trades and locations on your work order it will be automatically sent as soon as it has been created. Learn more about automatic dispatch here.
