Preventive Maintenance Schedules

Preventative Maintenance schedules allow you to setup a reoccurring schedule where a work order will automatically be generated. You can also have a service provider automatically dispatched on the work order.


How to create a new PM Schedule:

  1. Navigate to PM Schedules under the Work Orders menu.
  2. Click the PM Schedules button and select New.
  3. Fill out the General, Locations and Tasks sections of the form and review the Summary. See below for help with some of the fields.

  1. From the Work Orders menu click Create PM Schedule.
  2. Fill out the General, Locations and Tasks sections of the form and review the Summary. See below for help with some of the fields.

Work Order Priority

This is where you choose how soon the work should be completed. EX: This work order is an emergency.


Customer DNE Flexibility

Entering in a percentage allows the ability to enter in an invoice for an amount greater than the assigned Customer DNE (within the percentage entered)


Vendor DNE Flexibility

Entering in a percentage allows the ability to enter in an invoice for an amount greater than the assigned Vendor DNE (within the percentage entered)


Repeats

This is where you select when you would like the schedule to run (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly).


Interval

This is how many times you would like the PM schedule to run. (EX. Entering in the number 12, and the Repeats was sent to Monthly the PM would run monthly 12 times and would stop) Leaving this blank, the PM schedule will run until it is manually stopped.

Running/Stopping a PM Schedule

Stopping a PM Schedule will stop the creation of work orders going forward for that schedule.

How to run/stop a schedule:

  1. Navigate to your PMs.
  2. Click the PM you wish to stop or run.
  3. Click the Actions button and select Stop or Run. Your change is saved automatically.

Adding Locations to a PM Schedule

How to add locations to a PM:

  1. Navigate to your PMs.
  2. Click the PM you wish to add locations to.
  3. Click the Calendar button and select Add Locations.
  4. Check the box(es) to add additional Locations.
