Smart Search

Smart Search allows you to narrow your search as well as save your search for future use if it's something you search for often.


How to Smart Search:

  1. On dashboard where Smart Search is available you can click the Search button and choose Smart Search.
  2. Enter your search rules. See below for help with some of the fields.

Match All / Any

Matching All rules will return results that match every rule you have applied.

Matching Any rules will return results that match at least one of your rules.


Turning off Smart Search

  1. Click the Smart Search is active (click to disable) link.

Saving Rulesets

You can save your Smart Searches so that they are easily run again in the future without you having to set your rules again.

How to save your ruleset:

  1. From the Smart Search screen click the Save this ruleset for future use checkbox .
  2. Give your ruleset a name.

Accessibility

You can make the ruleset available to all other Employees by selecting this options. That means that other Employees can run the same Smart Search as you.

Opening Saved Rulesets

How to open a ruleset:

  1. Click on the Search button and choose Open.
  2. Use the toggles at the top of the popup to choose whether you are opening your ruleset (My Rulesets) or another employee's (All Rulesets).
  3. Choose a ruleset to open.

OR

  1. Click on the Search button and choose Recent.
  2. Choose a ruleset to open.
