Note: Each View you select will be specific to the page you are viewing. Your view will also save to your device and browser. That means that each time you log in using the same device and browser, your views will already be set to your previous selections.


The default view in Officetrax is the List view. List views are completely customizable. Read below for instructions on how to customize your List view.

How to Customize List View

  1. Click on the button from the top menu.
  2. Under the Table Columns section use the toggle to turn off or on up to 10 fields.
  3. Click the Update button to save your changes.


Note: Card view is only available on Accounts, Contacts, Service Providers, and Employees.

How to Switch to Card View

  1. On pages where Card View is available click the button.
