When you bulk edit records you are overriding the existing data that may be present on your records.
The information you edit will not be added, rather it will be replaced with your new edits.
Here's how to bulk edit your records:
- Go to the index/list page of what you'd like to bulk edit.
- Select the records you wish to edit using the checkboxes to the left of the record.
- At the top select the record type button and choose edit. Ex. If you're editing Work Orders, click the Work Orders button in the menu.
What cannot be Bulk Edited?
- Purchase Orders
- Service Agreements
- Transfer Orders
