Tasks are a collection/list of steps that may need to be completed during a dispatch.

Creating new Tasks

How to create a new task:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Under Maintenance Settings go to Tasks.
  3. Click New Task button and fill out all required fields. For help with the fields see below.

PM Schedule Frequency

The specific frequency for PMs that the set of steps is used for, or if it is for all PMs or not used in PMs at all.


Steps

Each Task must have at least one step, a step has a description that is used to identify what must be done, and a checkbox indicating if it is required.


Trade Setup

Each Task must be used in at least one Trade.


Problem Setup

The specific set of Problems that this Task is used for. If none are selected, then this Task list is used for ANY Problem with the specified Trade.

Deleting Tasks

How to delete a Task:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Under Maintenance Settings go to Tasks.
  3. Click the button next to the Task you want to delete.

Editing Tasks

How to edit a Task:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Under Maintenance Settings go to Tasks.
  3. Click on the Task you wish to edit.
