GL Codes and Sub Codes

Codes by Trade
Here's how to add a GL or Sub Code to a Trade:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Trades from Maintenance Settings.
- Select the trade you want to add a GL or Sub Code to.
- Enter a code in the GL Codes area and click Submit.
Codes by Problem
Here's how to add a GL or Sub Code to a Problem:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Problems from Maintenance Settings.
- Select the problem you want to add a GL or Sub Code to.
- Enter a code in the GL Codes area and click Update.
Code Overrides for Brands
Here's how to add a GL or Sub Code to a Brand:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Brands from Maintenance Settings.
- Select the brand you want to add a GL or Sub Code to.
- Click Add Override.
- Enter the original GL Code and a new code in the GL Codes area and then click Submit.
