Default Priorities
- P1 - Emergency
- P2 - Urgent
- P3 - Next Day
- P4 - Non-Emergency
- P5 - Planned
Creating Priorities
How to create a new Priority:
- Navigate to the Settings dashboard.
- Select Priorities from General Settings.
- Click the New Priority button and fill out the form. Required fields are marked with an .
Deleting Priorities
How to delete a Priority
- Navigate to the Settings dashboard.
- Select Priorities from General Settings.
- Click the button next to the priority you wish to delete. If the Priority is in use you will have to assign a new priority to take its place.
Editing Priorities
How to edit a Priority:
- Navigate to the Settings dashboard.
- Select Priorities from General Settings.
- Click the name of the Priority. You will have access to the setup form and can edit all fields.
