Default Priorities

  • P1 - Emergency
  • P2 - Urgent
  • P3 - Next Day
  • P4 - Non-Emergency
  • P5 - Planned

Creating Priorities

How to create a new Priority:

  1. Navigate to the Settings dashboard.
  2. Select Priorities from General Settings.
  3. Click the New Priority button and fill out the form. Required fields are marked with an .

Deleting Priorities

How to delete a Priority

  1. Navigate to the Settings dashboard.
  2. Select Priorities from General Settings.
  3. Click the button next to the priority you wish to delete. If the Priority is in use you will have to assign a new priority to take its place.

Editing Priorities

How to edit a Priority:

  1. Navigate to the Settings dashboard.
  2. Select Priorities from General Settings.
  3. Click the name of the Priority. You will have access to the setup form and can edit all fields.
