Rate Requests are the initial stage of creating a Service Agreement. This allows you to receive the company’s labor rates and Trades that they will service.
How to Request Rates:
- Navigate to Service Providers under the Service Providers menu.
- Click on the Service Agent tab.
- Find a Service Provider in this list that you would like to work with and click on their name.
- Click on the Request Rates button at the top or the Click here to request rates link under the Request Labor Rates section at the bottom.
- You will be notified if the Service Provider accepts or declines. Rejected requests does not prevent you from requesting again in the future.
