Managing Licenses

Managing your Service Providers License details will allow you to see when their licenses expire.

Adding New Licenses

How to add a License:

  1. Navigate to Service Providers under the Service Providers menu.
  2. Select the Service Provider you want to add a license to.
  3. Click the Actions button and select Manage Licenses.
  4. Click Add license.
  5. Fill out all required fields and click Save Changes.

Removing Licenses

How to remove a license:

  1. Navigate to Service Providers under the Service Providers menu.
  2. Select the Service Provider you want to remove a license from.
  3. Click the Actions button and select Manage Licenses.
  4. Click the button next to the license you are removing.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Tip: Run a report on your service provider's license expiration dates to see which providers may be expiring soon.
