Managing Insurances

Managing your Service Providers Insurance details will allow you to see when their insurance policy expires and when to request new information.

Adding New Insurances

How to add Insurance:

  1. Navigate to Service Providers under the Service Providers menu.
  2. Select the Service Provider you want to add insurance to.
  3. Click the Actions button and select Manage Insurances.
  4. Click Add insurance.
  5. Fill out all required fields and click Save Changes.

Removing Insurances

How to remove an Insurance:

  1. Navigate to Service Providers under the Service Providers menu.
  2. Select the Service Provider you want to remove insurances from.
  3. Click the Actions button and select Manage Insurances.
  4. Click the button next to the insurance you are removing.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Tip: Run a report on your service provider's insurance expiration dates to see which providers may be expiring soon.
