Active and Inactive Service Providers

Inactive Providers cannot have Work Orders dispatched to them. Any on-going Work Orders will continue.

How to activate or deactivate a Service Provider:

  1. Navigate to your Service Providers.
  2. Click the Service Provider you are going to mark as active or inactive.
  3. Click the toggle to switch between Active or Inactive. Your change is saved automatically.
