Creating and Submitting Invoices

How to create an Invoice:

  1. Navigate to a Work Order you're creating an invoice for.
  2. Click the + button at the top right.
  3. Select New Invoice.
  4. Enter the invoice details.
  5. Click Save & Process or Save Draft.

Save Draft

This will allow you to save a draft to come back to later without submitting it to your customer. You can come back and submit at a later date.

Save & Process

This will submit this invoice to your customer for their review.
