Service Agent Dashboard

The dashboard is where you will be able to view the most recent items within service agent with your customers.

See your companies averages using the coloured boxes across the top.

Company Rating

As you complete work orders, companies have the ability to rate the work that was completed. As users start rating your company, your rating will update on the dashboard.

Avg. Response Time

As you start receiving work orders, this will track an average of the time between when a work order is dispatched, and when the work order is accepted.

Avg. Resolution Time

As you complete work orders, this will track an average of the time between when the work order is accepted, to when the work order is completed.

My Open Work Orders

This will show the 5 most recent work orders that have been dispatched to your company. Select the WO # to view the work order.

Work Orders by Status

This provides a breakdown of your work orders by status, allowing you to see at a quick glance how many work orders are in each status.

Invoice Amount by Status

This provides a breakdown of your invoices by status, allowing you to see at a quick glance how many invoices are in each status.

Avg. Resolution Time - This will be the average time it takes for your company to completed jobs, this calculate the average from when a call is accepted to when it is closed out.

Income - This will be a total of all paid or completed invoices within your system for all of your customers.

My Open Work Orders

This will display 5 of your Open Work orders sorted by due date with the most overdue work order at the top.

Work Order By Status

This will give you a list of your statuses and how many work orders are in that status within your system.

Invoice Amount by Status

This will give you a list of each invoice status and the total of all invoices combined in that particular status.

Key Performance Indicators

Turn on additional reports that will show on your dashboard. Select the + button to see a list of predefined reports. Press the + button next to the report name to add it to your dashboard
