Changing Your Password

How to change your Service Agent Password:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner and select User Profile.
  2. Enter in your Current Password.
  3. Enter in your New Password, and Confirm New Password.
  4. Press Save Changes.

Note: Your password must contain 6 characters, no spaces, 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lower-case letter.
