Creating Leases

In Officetrax, Leases are used to represent an ongoing financial agreement for a particular Location. Leases are used to track the state of these agreements as well as their expiration dates.


Here's how you create a Lease:

  1. Navigate to your Leases under the Locations & Assets menu in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the Leases button and select New.
  3. Enter all required fields. They are marked with an .
  4. Click the Create button.

OR

  1. Click the Create a Lease link in the menu under Locations & Assets.
  2. Enter all required fields. They are marked with an .
  3. Click the Create button.

OR

  1. Navigate to a Location you want to add a Lease to.
  2. Click the Actions button and select Add Lease.
  3. Enter all required fields. They are marked with an .
  4. Click the Create button.
