In Officetrax, Leases are used to represent an ongoing financial agreement for a particular Location. Leases are used to track the state of these agreements as well as their expiration dates.
Here's how you create a Lease:
- Navigate to your Leases under the Locations & Assets menu in the navigation bar.
- Click the Leases button and select New.
- Enter all required fields. They are marked with an .
- Click the Create button.
OR
- Click the Create a Lease link in the menu under Locations & Assets.
- Enter all required fields. They are marked with an .
- Click the Create button.
OR
- Navigate to a Location you want to add a Lease to.
- Click the Actions button and select Add Lease.
- Enter all required fields. They are marked with an .
- Click the Create button.
