Active and Inactive Locations

A Location can be specified as either being Active or Inactive. The primary difference between these two states is that an Inactive Location cannot have new Work Orders created for them. Any unresolved Work Orders will continue to be processed in the system until they have been completed.

Here's how you set a Location as Active or Inactive:

  1. Navigate to your Locations under the Locations & Assets menu in the navigation bar.
  2. Select the Location you are marking active/inactive.
  3. Click the toggle to activate or deactivate the location.
