Receiving Transfer Orders

After Processing a Transfer Order you will be able to mark the items in the order as received. A Transfer Order will not be considered fully received until the saved received quantity meets or exceeds the Ordered Quantity of each Line Item.


How to receive a Transfer Order Item:

  1. Navigate to the Transfer Order you are receiving items on from under the Inventory menu.
  2. Enter the quantity of each line item that has been received in the Received Qty field.
  3. For each updated Line Item click the Save button.

Note: Orders that are fully received will mark the Transfer Order as Received and you will no longer be able to update the quantity. Orders that are partially received will be marked as Partially Received and can still be edited.
