If an Employee has been locked out, either by another employee or by entering their password wrong too many times, you have the option to unlock them and give them their access back to Officetrax.
How to unlock an Employee:
- Navigate to the Employees section under the Essentials menu.
- Click on the Employee you want to unlock.
- Click on the Actions button and select Unlock.
OR
- Navigate to the Employees section under the Essentials menu.
- Click on the Employee you want to unlock.
- In the yellow alert press the Click here link.
