Primary Contacts

A Primary Contact is the main person of contact for an Account.


Setting a Contact as Primary

How to set a Primary Contact:

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section under the Essentials menu.
  2. Click on a Contact you wish to mark as Primary.
  3. Click the Actions button and select Mark as Primary.

OR

  1. Navigate to the Accounts section under the Essentials menu.
  2. Click on an Account you want to add a Primary Contact to.
  3. From the Contacts tab click on the button beside the Contact you want to be Primary.

Removing Primary Status from a Contact

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section under the Essentials menu.
  2. Click on the Primary Contact you wish to remove as Primary.
  3. Click the Actions button and select Remove Primary Contact Status.

OR

  1. Navigate to the Accounts section under the Essentials menu.
  2. Click on an Account you want to remove the Primary Contact from.
  3. From the Contacts tab click on the button beside the Primary Contact.
