Locking Out Employees

If you no longer want an employee to be able to log in you can lock them out which will revoke their access until you unlock them. When a Locked Out Employee attempts to log in, they will receive a message telling them that they are locked out.

Note: You must be in a manager role above the person you are trying to lock out or else this option will not be available to you.

How to lock out an Employee:

  1. Navigate to the Employees section under the Essentials menu.
  2. Click on the Employee you want to Lock Out.
  3. Click on the Actions button and select Lock Out.
