Creating Accounts

How to create an Account:

  1. Navigate to the Accounts section under the Essentials menu.
  2. Click on the Accounts button and select New.
  3. Enter all required fields marked with an and click Create.

OR

  1. Click on the Create an Account link in the menu under Essentials.
  2. Enter all required fields marked with an and click Create.

Importance

Setting importance is just a visual aid to help you quickly identify Accounts you consider the most important.


Currency

Setting a Currency on an Account will automatically set that currency to default on all financials for that Account. This can always be changed but is helpful so you don't have to select a currency each time.


Service Instructions

Adding service instructions to an Account add that set of instructions to Work Orders generated for Locations belonging to that Account.
