Key Performance Indicators

KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) will allow users to see a quick snap shot of specific data and details so they can evaluate and track objectives. It also gives you a quick link to access specific filtered information.

Note: You will need to either have a saved Smart Search ruleset or have access to another Employee's public ruleset to be able to add a KPI. For help with Smart Searching click here.

Adding a new KPI to the Dashboard

How to add a KPI:

  1. Click Select your Key Performance Indicators here on the Dashboard.
  2. Use the checkboxes to select which rulesets you want to show.
  3. Press Select.

Removing a KPI from the Dashboard

  1. Click Select your Key Performance Indicators here on the Dashboard.
  2. Use the checkboxes to uncheck the rulesets you want to remove.
  3. Press Select.

Tip: If you click on your KPI from the Dashboard you will be able to see all the data from your KPI expanded into a list.
