Logging In For the First Time

Once you have been setup with login access from your customer you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam folder just in case!

Here's how to log in for the first time:

  1. Click the Confirm Your Account Now button in your confirmation email.
  2. The link will open the login page in your browser. Enter your username (email address) and the temporary password that was given in the email.
  3. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your password from the temporary one to your own custom one.

Logging In

If you've logged in before you won't need your confirmation email.

How to log in:

  1. Enter your team's URL. If you're not sure what your team's URL is, see the troubleshooting section below.
  2. Enter your email address (username) and password. Be sure to enter the email you signed up with.
  3. Click Log In when you're ready to get started.


If you're having a hard time logging in to your Account, double-check you've entered your password and username correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Forgot your Team Domain?

Most team domains will look like this: yourcompany.officetrax.com. If you're having a hard time finding your team domain you can either contact your administrator user(s) - the person or people in charge of your Officetrax Account - or, contact our office.
