Quick Assign Responsibilities

Assigning responsibilities will allow users to see who is responsible for maintaining, repairing, or replacing items at a location. It will be either the tenant or the landlord. Using the quick assign feature will allow you to easily assign the responsibility for all active trades assigned to that lease.

Here's how to quick assign responsibility:

Navigate to your Leases under the Locations & Assets menu in the navigation bar.
Select the Lease you are assigning responsibilities to.
Click the Actions button and select Quick Assign Responsibilities.
Select the type (Maintain, Repair, Replace) and value (Tenant, Landlord, Unknown)and press Submit.
