Creating Customer Portal Logins
How to create a new login:
- Navigate to the Contacts section under the Essentials menu.
- Click on a Contact you wish to create a login for.
- Click the Actions button and select Create Login.
- Select an email address from your Contact's addresses to be used as their username.
- Specify whether the Contact will have the ability to view/approve quotes if the option is available.
- The Contact will receive an email with a link to log in and their temporary password that they need to log in with.
Tip: Ensure that your Contact has access to the email you are using as their username as they will need to be able to access the login emails sent to them.
