Creating Customer Portal Logins

How to create a new login:

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section under the Essentials menu.
  2. Click on a Contact you wish to create a login for.
  3. Click the Actions button and select Create Login.
  4. Select an email address from your Contact's addresses to be used as their username.
  5. Specify whether the Contact will have the ability to view/approve quotes if the option is available.
  6. The Contact will receive an email with a link to log in and their temporary password that they need to log in with.

Tip: Ensure that your Contact has access to the email you are using as their username as they will need to be able to access the login emails sent to them.
